Why might I have to enter my library card information at BadgerLink?

Wisconsin Media Lab licenses digital media exclusively for Wisconsin residents. If our system does not recognize your Wisconsin Internet Protocol (IP) address, you will be asked to enter your library card information at BadgerLink. This process will verify that you are a Wisconsin resident.

BadgerLink is managed by the Resources for Libraries and Lifelong Learning team within the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction, Division for Libraries and Technology, in cooperation with public, school, academic, special libraries, and Internet Service Providers.
